These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases, bookings and use of this website, including saddlery, merchandise, digital training products, clinics, retreats, youth programs and other services offered by Alycia Burton and associated Free Rider brands.
By accessing or using this website, purchasing our products or services, or participating in our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Free Rider Saddlery provides products and services including, but not limited to:

Product descriptions, specifications and pricing may change without notice.
We make every effort to ensure product information is accurate; however, minor variations may occur.
Pricing
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), New Zealand Dollars (NZD), or United States Dollars (USD).
Prices include GST where applicable.
Free Rider Saddlery reserves the right to amend prices without notice.
Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order where:
• Products become unavailable.
• Pricing errors occur.
• Fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Payment cannot be verified.
If payment has already been received, any cancelled order will be refunded.
Payment
Payment must be received before products are dispatched unless an approved payment plan has been arranged.
Payment plans are available upon request and are subject to approval.
Ownership of goods remains with Free Rider Saddlery until payment has been been received in full.
Custom Orders
Free Rider Saddlery proudly manufactures custom saddles.
Production generally requires approximately 12 weeks from receipt of payment.
Production times are estimates only and may vary due to material availability, shipping delays or manufacturing requirements.
Once production has commenced, custom orders cannot be cancelled except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Shipping & Delivery
Free Rider Saddlery ships throughout Australia and internationally.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only.
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate.
Risk in the goods passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the nominated address or collection point.
Customers should inspect deliveries promptly and notify Free Rider Saddlery of any freight damage as soon as reasonably practicable.
Saddle Fitting
Free Rider Saddlery provides recommendations based upon the information supplied by the customer and our professional experience.
Every horse is unique.
Saddle fit may change over time due to factors including:
• Muscle development.
• Fitness.
• Age.
• Rehabilitation.
• Seasonal condition.
• Rider balance.
• Changes in workload.
Different saddle fitters and equestrian professionals may hold differing opinions regarding saddle fit.
These differing opinions do not, on their own, indicate that a saddle is defective.
Customers are encouraged to have saddle fit assessed regularly throughout the life of the saddle.
Digital Products
Digital training videos are licensed for the personal use of the purchaser only.
Customers must not:
• Copy.
• Reproduce.
• Download (where prohibited).
• Distribute.
• Sell.
• Share login details.
• Upload content to other websites or social media platforms.
Unauthorised use may result in immediate termination of access and legal action where appropriate.
Retreats & Events
Participation in Free Rider Saddlery clinics, retreats and events is subject to separate event terms.
Participants acknowledge that horse riding is an inherently risky activity.
Participants are responsible for following all safety instructions provided by Free Rider Saddlery staff.
Free Rider Saddlery reserves the right to refuse participation where safety concerns arise.
Intellectual Property
All content displayed on this website is the property of Free Rider Saddlery unless otherwise stated.
This includes:

• Training material.

• Graphics.
• Product descriptions.

Social Media & User Content
Where customers submit photographs, reviews or testimonials, they grant Free Rider Saddlery permission to reproduce, publish and share that content for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
