I’m Alycia, and I want to share a little bit about something very close to my heart—my Free Rider Saddles. Every saddle I create isn’t just about riding; it’s about connection, trust, and giving both horse and rider freedom to move together.

Why I Make My Saddles

I’ve been riding since I was 11, starting with difficult ponies and learning how to communicate with every horse I meet. Over the years, I realized that the right saddle can make an incredible difference—not just for performance, but for the bond between horse and rider. That’s why I designed the Free Rider range: to give you a saddle that’s flexible, safe, and comfortable for both you and your horse.

Free Rider ‘Elite’ Jumping Saddle – My personal favourite for over 12 years. Perfect for jumping, cross-country, dressage, or trail riding. Soft calfskin, light wooden tree, and fully customizable.

Free Rider ‘Classic’ Jumping Saddle – Narrower twist, shorter flap, soft panels for a closer feel. Great for riders who want maximum contact and freedom for their horse.

Free Rider ‘Aira’ Dressage Saddle – Mono-flap, deep seat, large knee blocks. Designed for dressage movements while keeping you balanced and connected.

Free Rider ‘Falkor’ Dressage Saddle – Combines traditional design with modern comfort for both horse and rider.
