Ive had a number of emails over the years from people who are incredibly offended with what I sometimes wear when I am training stating that 'I dont take this sport seriously enough' and that 'I'm a bad role model'

The short answer is they are right- I really just dont care and I genuinly find those comments and emails funny with a big LOL…… however there are a lot of other riders who take mean comments from others very personally and it destroys their joy & self worth.

I love riding my horse and I wish more people would stop taking the sport so seriously that they miss the best part….. the part where you get to escape from the stress of life and have fun!

Sending massive love to all the riders that don't always follow the "norms" in the horse world. So many youth get bullied and looked down on because they dont wear the right clothes- or have the right horse or the right coach and it sucks.

Stay strong and keep being you – Your horse doesnt care and I believe their opinion is the only one worth listening to
